Richard holds a bachelor degree in Building Economics from Ardhi University in Dar es Salaam, also certified in project management tools such as Microsoft Project. Throughout his career as a quantity surveyor, he has played different roles including Work and project evaluations, Close supervision of maintenance and building constructions works for both private and institutional clients such as Arusha City council, CF Builders and Contolled Blasting And Construction Company.
